Post nissen symptoms

Ok so I'm one week post op today and I have what feels like a lump in my throat and I feel the urge to reflux/regurgitate is this normal is the urge where I was doing it so long

Also my stomach hurts when eating it's as of I feel the food going in and it gets tight especially across the surgical cuts closest to the stomach ?

The lump in throat feeling and a multitude of other uncomfortable and reflux-like symptoms are totally normal in the first weeks post-op.  You've been through major surgery, there is swelling, and your upper GI tract is extremely unhappy with you. 

Your wrap is still experiencing surgical pain and swelling.  You may not truly understand how major, major, major this surgery is.  The laproscopic procedure creates an illusion that not much was done.  This is not true.  You can't expect to feel any better than you do!  You've got a lot of healing to do!
