Hi everyone,
I'm a 24 year old male. Never had anything major going on, but I do have an anxious personality.
I have no heart burn, but my chest has been hurting slightly. When I my chest or turn in bed, I could sometimes feel a pain.
The most troublesome problem is the feeling of something stuck in my chest after eating. This feeling goes away gradually the longer I don't eat. I feel tightness and globus sensation in my throat, and feel shortness of breathing as my chest feels full of pressure.
Furthermore, I have a lot of mucus in my mouth and throat. I constantly feel like I need to clear my throat to expel the mucus into my mouth. My voice hasn't really changed, but the mucus makes it sometimes harder to speak.
It all began with the globus sensation (lump in the throat) I felt last October. I didn't have any problem after eating. I was tested for H Pylori in January, and it came out negative.... but I still think something is wrong with my digestive system.
GPs are not helpful at all, keep telling me I'm fine when I clearly do not feel fine. I plan to go to the GP again and demand to be referred to an ENT or Gastroenterologist.
Meanwhile, does anyone have any advices or anything helpful really. :)
