It is kale in a pill form. It helps some days other days not. Story of my GERD experience

Thanks, I was thinking about adding it also. My thought was that aliginates bind to bile and aliginates come from brown sea weed and kelp is brown sea weed. It's worth a shot and kelp is cheap, so here go's another shot in the dark. lol

I may try the kelp too...my suppliment drawer is ridiculous from all the stuff I have tried. Most of it is money down the toilet, sigh.

I know the feeling, I have a drawer full of supplements I've tried. My wife gives me a hard time everytime I order something else to add to the collection, with most cases what I buy does little good. Ugh

I know, my husband says the same, but the fact that we are trying these things means we still have hope. And you never know, maybe something will help one day. I wish these doctors would come up with a better way of treating this
