I have been battling cough, throat clearing, post nasal drip etc. help?

HI,  I have always had some problems with post nasal drip, throat clearing, coughing , in fact i use to say i'm allergic to eating, because it got worse after i would eat.  But recently , in the last month, it is CHRONIC.  I thought it was allgeries but then read silent reflux and every single symptom was me!  I always feel like mucus is in the back of my throat, i clear my throat almost continously, cough, post nasal drip, worse after i eat, my voice is always hoarse.  No heartburn. Help?
