Ok, so its 9 Weeks post op and I’m doing pretty good this week. I am starting to feel a little more like myself. I was wondering though can I start to do some sit ups or abdominal crunches I feel like my stomach is in need of some toning can anyone offer some insight on some exercises that I can do that will be ok. I do use the treadmill and I am watching what I am eating but I lost 30+ lbs and would like to keep it that way.
