Hahah i have the exact same problem as well. Its smells really bad , but my worst time is bed time, Well then they just keep on coming. It could be that your stomach lining is irritated by secreting to much acid and also foul smelling odor means bad bacteria in the stomach , that`s what causes bad odor when flatus occurs. Also a good thing to check for is color and consistency of your stool. Use a stool chart like the Bristol stool chart. I have chronic gastritis , inflammation in the lining of the stomach and bowels. Well cause i like to drink. Probiotics sometimes help they help to restore intestinal flora and balance , flatulence is not really the problem rather foul smelling flatus are i would say. I had a lap nissen operation last year so i cant burp really its almost been a year now. But have a colonoscopy and gastroscopy done so they can have a look at you stomach and intestines and also test for H. Polylori its a common bacteria which can be treated with antibiotics. Hope it was of some help. Also a products with simethicone in them helps for gas.
