Here are some tips that I have read
- Drink less fluids - body will build water in cells and you will add water weight. Don't get dehydrated though
- Eat more sodium rich foods will increase water storage - may increase blood pressure so be careful
- Eating less frequent larger meals slows metabolism - eating small frequent keeps metabolism high - if you have gerd its tough as you want to eat small meals more frequently.
-I think stress, anxiety and less sleep also contribute to weight loss
