Sharp pains in lower rib cage near breadbasket

Something new has occurred. I have been having sharp pains under my lower rib cage near my breadbasket.
Could be a muscle twinge? Or could this be gastritis ? I also had a few episodes of sharp stings in my belly . Like an open sore. That seems to have calmed down. But the sharp pains under my ribs seems to come and go. Any ideas? I do have Barrett's and it was ablated. Of corse , the sharp pain is near the ablation so I am thinking it is that?
