Hi there, I'm laid up after my operation and I've no ambition to work out for many, many weeks. Tbh, I feel like I have the core strength of a child at the moment.
My question is, has anyone had the op then got back to high levels of fitness? My personal poisons are pilates, long distance running and strength work (pushups, pull ups, dips etc).
Any info or experiences would be great, thanks,
