hi, ive recently been dealing with lpr, and i was wondering how i can relax comfortably withough causing too much reflux. Its one of the things i find most annoying about
this condition. please help.

does no one care or can offer suggestions? all i need is a position i can relax in to avoid getting reflux

i find that unless im sitting at a 90 degree angle, i feel the telltale feeling of that bitter taste in my mouth.
