heavy feeling lungs

Hi, i have been suffering from what i assume is lpr (doctors just call it GERD, but i'm sure that's not an uncommon thing). Recently ive noticed that my lungs feel almost heavy, and my left one feels like it has a part that almost feels like it is burning. This had gotten so bad that it's affecting my sleep to the point where the past 2 nights i have gotten little to no sleep, and ive even tried to take some melatonin, and it still isnt working. I have also been on pepcid (RX strength) and today went into the doctors and told then what was going on, and they game me some omeprazole and for the sleeplessness, some trazodone. My question is anyone else experienced symptoms like this?
