need advice please!

hi just want to share my story almost a month ago at night i started with a right pain on the shoulder then heartburn reguration indigestion chest pain cold chills so tired and felt dehydrated for almost two weeks couldnt eat anything lost 15 pounds in two weeks im scared to death with all these symptoms struggling with acid reflux and anxiety is the worst feeling ever it feels so terrible i cant imagine myself like this forever anybody that can give me a good advice .Been to doc many times been in the er serveral times because i just cant take it i feel like im going to pass out when symptoms come up.taken omeprezole didnt do anything then i started takin ranitidine and gaviscon helped a little but not much .im now takin a natural treatment given by a certified naturist which i know is workin but theres days when i cant handle it any advice on how to deal with this please.id really appreciate i just dont have nobody that understands me i feel.acid reflux is takin my life and i dont want it to be like that.thanks

Also, deep breathing exercises and some meditation maybe with some yoga practices helps a lot with anxiety... Why are people anxious . Basically the human being fears death that's why they are anxious. If you can combat this fear and live for today rather than what if , anxiety because less of an issue... If fear and anxiety is taking over your life then you don't have much of a life , so try to breathe deeply as you will find you are holding your breath or breathing shallowly ...
