Hi,

Can I ask if anyone is on Domperidone/Motillum, and if so what dose are you on please.

I was on it until recently, and my dose was:

10-20 mg up to 3 times a day before meals. (each tablet was 10 mg, and I could take 1 or 2 depending on how I was feeling)

So at maximum, I could have up to 60 mg per day.

Hi my dose is 10mg - 3 times a day one hour to 30minutes before meals according to leaflet in box. On the front of box it just says 3 times a day. I have poor motility which sometimes causes nausea so my GP said to take it when needed and I could take one or two. They do tend to make me a bit sleepy so I only take one. They are a good medicine and have helped a lot. Take care Rita

Altair did you ever take two tablets at once and if so did you have any side effects?

I would frequently have to take both tablets at once; I've never experienced any side effects. (or if I did, they were so insignificant I didn't notice them)
