I'm trying to abide by the recommendation to not lift anything heavy for at least 8 weeks; however, I realized I don't know what exactly constitutes as "heavy".
Has anyone gotten any specific advice from their doctors regarding what the limit is for lifting before the 8 week mark?
EDIT: Not that I'm running off to the gym at the moment, but for things like carrying a basket of laundry, a pile of dishes, etc.
