can somebody help me about laryngopharyngeal reflux (LPR)

hi. based on the symptoms enumerated, i think i have LPR. but i also have green tongue. it goes away when i eat but it always goes back specially in the morning. what could it be? does it also happens among those who have LPR? thank you

i'm taking omeprazole but im planning to discontinue it since it has no effect on me. the doctor says im having acid reflux but i dont have any heartburn thats why i think this is LPR. i have those common symptoms of LPR such as excessive saliva but im really bothered with this green tounge.
