Of course snack are not recommended anytime. They're a habit that didn't exist in my generation.
But there's only one way to find a snack you can eat, and that's to try them. There is no rule that says everyone with GERD or reflux, or whatever you want to call it this week, can't have any particular food, or non-food. The food lists for GERD don't take into consideration food intolerances or the causes of the condition.
I can eat any fruit I want, but I can't eat dried fruit that contains sulfite preservative. I'm fine with dried cranberries and prunes and apples without preservatives.
I can eat milk chocolate in reasonable amounts, but not the dark. Same problem - sulfites.
