Upper left abdominal pain

Hello everyone and thank you for the great job you are doing with this website.

So, i know that the information provided here is not intended to be a doctor's advice, and i am planning to see my doctor soon about the issue, but because i am generally an anxious person i had a question.

For the past 3 days going to 4 i have been having this upper left abdominal pain. It is about where the ribs start curving to the left side and a bit lower. The pain sometimes is pressure, sometimes is sharp and days like today it kinda radiates to my back a bit.

I have chronic gastritis diagnosed in 2009, possible gerd from what the doctor has told me and until 2 days ago i was constipated for like 5 days. Last days i was also at a rocky beach laying down with my stomach and the stones were sometimes hurting my ribs.

I am wondering if anyone has any ideas of what it might be. I had blood work around a month or so ago and it was fine. Also to mention that i have been having stomach issues and aches for a long time now, but nothing like that. On a scale of 1-10 sometimes its nowhere and sometimes its like a 7.

Also the past 2 weeks i was a little bad, eating ice creams, chocolate and things like that with an empty stomach and i am not sure if that might also be the cause together with the constipation.
