Sorry to hear you've got sinusitis. I know how uncomfortable it can be. I don't think you need to be concerned about damaging your wrap with coughing. I had asthma and a lung infection during the early weeks post-op, and coughed severely and a lot. Even with all that stress, my wrap held strong.
