Dried blood on lip this morning

So, I had a gallbladder removal on 10/15 and went to a wedding yesterday.

I'm supposed to take Pepcid, but forgot to before my relatively large meal. I was able to swallow steak with no problem! So that's nice considering I had a Nissen in '13. Then there was candy and cake.

I ate really late to try to get a sugar rush for the drive home.

I woke up this morning with dried blood inside my lip. Did I likely bite in my sleep or could new reflux have caused internal bleeding?

I would have thought biting your lip more likely - if you had brought up enough blood somehow from your stomach I think you would have had other signs and also it would show on the way out - ahem - at the other end with dark stool.

Thanks much. I don't believe I saw anything odd about my stool. You're probably right.
