I've researched some helpful tips online and found some reliable sources and learned that you have to change your diet drastically if you wanna get healed ASAP.
I have been on Low carb diet, no caffeine, no carbonated drinks, no alcohol, avoid eating spicy and acidic foods as well as acidic fruits. I sometimes do cheat meals like i eat everything i want to eat regardless of what food is on the table. Who wouldn't be?
But as much as possible, i am now trying to discipline my self to keep off from having cheatmeals and just focus on my diet to cure my GERD/LPR.
I used to be health anxious and had several panic attacks which worsened the lump feeling in my throat.
Now, i haven't been anxious and free from panic attacks for almost a month, thanks to the forums i have come across and helpful tips on how to deal with anxiety. I still suffer from this lump feeling in my throat 24/7 but it isn't so bad now like it used to be.

How long have you been suffering? How long have you been taking PPI's?
It seems to me that this has been bothering you for quite a while now.
