Concerning your member that can't get into the forum. Do you know how to check IP bans?

Will do, Lanie posted in Mod forum her IP address so all we have to do is see if its on the ban list and remove it and then have her attempt to log in. I will try and tell you if I find it. I will email you about how to check yourself so next time you can do so immediately and possibly prevent the wait for Peter.

Ok her IP was definitely on the ban list and I removed it. If that's all that was banned,not username she should be able to login if not then both were banned and only Peter can undo. Since her IP is now unbanned and if she's not able to get in with her old username and Peter doesn't get to you she can make a new account with new username. Some don't mind doing so others do but unfortunately if Peter banned for some reason and I can't imagine why,I read the last months posts prior to undoing the IP and see no problems so figured it was accidentally done,if not he would ban a new account as well.
