I can not believe this is happening

Today is the day I have been waiting for so I could get my 24 hr test and motility test done. I had to go off my pills ten days ago and it has been a living nightmare coping with the headaches, heartburn and losing my voice. not to mention the tightness of my chest.
well today i had to fast since last night (midnight) for my noon hour tests. and guess what..no heartburn, no nothing today. Now I am on my 24 hr test and still nothing. How can this be happening?

I finished my test at noon today and by 5pm I am in pain. My heartburn is killing me. Right below the sternum I am getting spasm pain like crazy. Of course nothing happened like this during the 24 hr test. I was eating everything possible to get heartburn but just got a few small episodes..Where do I go from here? They wont believe me now..
