I'm not a dr., but if this was a 24hr ph test, then you have a lot of data missing. From what you posted, you have a normal amount of acid in the upright and supine positions (laying down). In a normal 24 hr ph test, you would have 2 measuring points, lower and upper esophagus and you would have measurements of acid reflux and/or heartburn throughout the day. From all of this the doctor would provide you a DeMeester score to show your degree of GERD. 14.7 is the upper limit of normal. Over that would be cause for a different course of action if PPIs and diet changes don't work. Without acid reflux episodes or length of episodes, it would be difficult for the DeMeester calculation. Why did they do this test?
