After training for my Marathon,I had an intense burning sensation in my chest.I actual thought it was heart attack.But suddenly it donned on me I was acid reflux patient. So quick I went into my kitchen to get the usual old ingredient.
- Baking soda:I fetched a spoon full in a full glass of water and drank
I also took my sugar free chewing gum and chewed for about
30mins as recommended
Suddenly my symptoms started disappearing.I was so much relief. I do alot of research and also write about
this conditions in my blog.
