GERD and rapid irregular heartbeat

After starting pantoprazole the PVCs I get became more frequent, so I stopped taking it. Within the 4 weeks that they were more frequent, I had 3 separate occasions that I'd feel a slight flutter in my chest, the first two times i didn't check my pulse.
the third time I did, and it was rapid and "erratic" for about 5 seconds.
for about two weeks everytime I ate I'd get pvcs right after.

Has anyone else had this happen?

I do not know if the medicine you mention causes that but I feel irregular strong heart beats all the time. I just had a panic attack. I have gerd and I get gas pressure in my chest , like a burping stuck sensation it makes me panic and this time i felt like i could not feel my pulse. It was for like 4 seconds but it was super scary. I had 5 EKG done already in 4 months that is why I haven't run to the ER. I would advice you to go to a doctor if you haven't yet. It is better to check your heart so if it happens again you don't feel as bad. I also have flutters it is very common for me.
