Nissan wrap - chest infection

I had a successful Nissan wrap about 22months ago, which has been brilliant. However, i have a really bad chest infection and every morning I feel like I am choking really bad. I have antibiotics which are working, albeit slowly. Is this normal for after Nissan wrap. I have had minor chest infections since surgery but didnt have any problems like this before. Very scary.
