I have struggled for some time to change my eating habits to eating six small meals a day instead of three big meals. I know it will help me a lot so I wanted people's opinions on what they eat. I tired eating like this but I just ended up eating more food all together rather than little and often!
At the moment I eat:
Breakfast - 60g of cornflakes with almond milk
Mid morning snack - Corn bread
12/12:30 - Lunch - Cheese sandwich, crisps (chips if you are from the US) and a small cake
2:30 - cereal bar
3:30 - some biscuits with a drink
6/7pm - Dinner. This is usually something like baked beans on jacket potato, a chicken casserole, risotto etc. Followed by something sweet.
Bed at 10:30/11
How can I break that up?
