Everyone's GI tract is different and anything we put in our mouths -- or combination thereof -- can affect us. It's possible that your acidity levels are off or that your body is adjusting to the variety of changes you're experiencing. The Nutribullet green shakes will sure do it to you, though! Increasing fiber, particularly fruits and vegetables, can definitely work your body into a frenzy for a while. They're good for you, in general, but can wreak havoc on your intestines until your body balances out. Maybe a short time period of the BRAT (bananas, rice, applesauce, toast) can help you to find some relief. Then add back in the veggies, etc. slowly.
