Gas and bloating are common for quite a while after fundoplication. 4 months isn't really all that long in the healing for this either.
There are all sorts of ways to reduce gas and bloating. A few are avoiding "gassy" foods, avoiding carbonated beverages, but see the archives (search box) for the posts.
Your real gastroenterologist or surgeon can prescribe medicines like metaclopramide to move things along faster in th gut. You might want to look up the side effects though.
As for non-traditional treatment, my experience with acupuncture was worse than useless, but you might ask an accredited acupuncturist if it would reduce gas. I can't imagine how, so if you find something scientific I'd love to hear about it.
An osteopath might have some herbal treatment, but find one who isn't a scam artist! There are some good ones, but don't believe in "testimonials."
Organ massage could be dangerous ! Your surgery is not completely healed yet! This was a major operation! You could risk having the surgery ruined and worse.
See your doctor before running off to unreliable alternatives!
