So sorry that you are suffering. The chances that you have cancer are slim. Instead of worrying about the unknown, make some positive changes in your diet, and lifestyle. Don't drink alcohol and avoid the foods that give you symptoms. Start keeping a food diary to see if you can identify your trigger foods. Try eating smaller meals, multiple times during the day. Have you considered that the burning of the throat could be related to sinus drainage? This is a bad time of the year for allergies. Do you suffer from anxiety? If so, this can make your symptoms seem worse. Relax, take a deep breath, and wait for your gastro appointment.
