about
3 weeks ago, my husband went to the doctor for chronic GERD symptoms at night (chest pain, acid reflux etc) and the dr put him on 22mg of nexium. The FIRST day of taking nexium all of his symptoms/ pain of the GERD went away! However, about
1.5 weeks ago he began having a chronic dry cough at night. It's constantly keeping him up at night. (Somewhat during day but nothing compared to nighttime cough). We have tried cough drops, syrups, honey, tea but nothing helps. Could this be a silent symptom of the GERD? Help!
