One good thing if you deliver normally - if you've had one previously, it won't be as much pushing - IF baby isn't very large. But if it's a first know you have to move bones apart.
You could elect to have delivery started by Doctor on time or a little early. It's just a matter of breaking your water. My petite mom had this done for me after Doctor looked at my quite large dad. Doc said, "this baby's cooked long enough. " He still had to break my shoulder.
Ask your gastroenterologist!
C-sections that are planned aren't bad. I had 3, after the first had a big head and wouldn't even move down into canal. Planned is better! You are awake, just get spinal.
If baby is going to be large I'd go for C.
It depends on lots of factors.
