Looking for nissen fundoplication redo expert

Hello I'm suffering from LPR for 12 years already

Symptoms are:
Burning in the throat
Acid reaching the mouth and causing ulcers
Chronic dry cough
Vocal cords pain

So i've done my first nissen at 2004.. It did reduce the reflux for like 60-70% for 3-4 years, and then symptoms started to get back.

I've tried ALL the anti-acid meds but they didn't help me at all.

I also want to mention that i have chronic constipation and bloating, don't know if its related.

So now I'm trying to find a redo expert, because i know it's gonna be harder than the first one.

I'm in Maryland and i might do the nissen redo in John Hopkins

Please let me know if you know an experienced surgeon who have done alot of nissen redo.
