Lump in Throat and constant Belching

I have been experiencing acid reflux for about a year. I only felt it in my throat. Took over the counter medicine and one day about a month ago I woke up and I was eating breakfast and it felt as if the food was stuck. I have been feeling this sensation of a lump of food or phlegm for over a month. Now, I have constant burping and I am very bloated. I went to the Gastro and they put me on Dexillant and it did get better for about two weeks and then it started up again. I do not have nausea and actually when I am eating is when I feel the best. The lump is good when eating its afterwards that the sensation returns and I feel bloated and begin to belch constantly. Everything I read says that this never goes away, other say gallbladder and others say GERD. My gastro said if I wasn't better by November I was having endoscopy. Never had stomach issues but I am very stressed with work and I freak out about personal problems. I have a friend that passed away from stomach cancer so I am not sure if the symptoms don't get better due to partly fear. HELP!

I also have this lump in throat feeling, it is located at the base of my throat, below the adam's apple. Have just started to feel this lump feeling around 1.5 month ago. I have been on a 1 month dosage of Dexilant 60 mg once daily but it doesn't seem to resolve this lump feeling. I also doesn't feel any heartburn at all, and don't have difficulty in swallowing water or food. It's just the feeling after eating a meal that I hate. The feeling usually disappears after several hours after meal and during the first time waking up in the morning. Even drinking water cause this stuck lump feeling. I also have a constant burping and feeling of trapped burp / gas after eating. When I try to force it to come out / burping, some of the food particles from the last meal usually regurgitate back to my mouth. Still don't what cause this, maybe it's time for another endoscopy for me..

I have the same symptoms as well. Through a ton of research, visits to three doctors, two GI docs, ppi's, combing YouTube and experiencing very similar symptoms to many others, I've come to a definitude conclusion that I have a sliding hiatal hernia. Since September of last year I've gone through quite a bit regarding this ailment and have gone through different stages as well. Had acid reflux for a brief time, evolved into LPR, and now is giving me the super bloating feeling, tinnitus, the throaty mucous, full ear sensations with dizziness and consistent belching. What hasn't really ever gone away has been the globus feeling in my throat at times.
