So for some time now I have had pain in the chest area and a harder time breathing everytime, I do some jogging and exercise like lifting light weights or push ups is there another way around this because I do want to exercise since I love doing it, but this breathing issue is preventing me from doing the activities I want to do has anybody found a way to make the breathing issues a little better?
