Post fundaplication, hernia repair. Need advice !!

I had a fundaplication and hernia repair january 25, 2016. It was an adjustment the first 6 months but life has been amazing since. I have never felt better until jan 3,2017. It started with a little pressure in my throat, the next 5 days was the worst burning in my chest . It was the worst pain I have ever felt. Since then I have mild burning in my chest, the "lump" back in my throat, my stomach was hard as a rock and distended, im occainsionally losing my voice and the gas which I had gotten under control since I dont burp is now completely out of control. Im living on gas x, charcoal capsules, maalox and over the counter meds for reflux. Which none seem to be helping. This is exactly how my symptoms started prior to surgery. I had a ct scan done because when I had my last scope in June 2016 they discovered a bezoar. My doctor thought mayb I had another and that was the cause for the reflux reoccurring but thankfully there isnt one. Which Im happy about but at the same time I need to know why this is starting again.

I havent contacted my gi or surgeon yet.this just started a month ago, I was hoping it would just go away. My last visit with gi was in june. It wasnt a pleasant visit. Lol. Hes a difficult Dr,, which I knew when I started seeing him. ( I work at the hospital hes affiliated with,,,, hear countless stories of patients walking out in the middle of appointments,,, but he knows his stuff)So Im looking into a new gi. I havent had anything gassy, acidic, spicey or carbinated since January of 2016. I had been doing great since the surgery. Absolutely no reflux, havent taken any reflux meds since the surgery either. Out of the blue my pre surgery symptoms have started..... Ive read that around a yr the wrap loosens a little, idk if thats the problem, but i cant live like this. Going on day 4 of no voice.

Im not sure about swallowing air. I could be I guess. I just got the name of a Dr in Manhattan at Cornell. So next step is getting an appointment hopefully soon. Ty for your input I appreciate it. Venting n moral support is always helpful from people whove been through it.
