Yes, but as aero1 says - it takes time. You're very early in your recovery, but two things really helped me. Limit your sugar intake, sometimes when we try and modify our diets to softer foods we consume too much sugar. Sweetened drinks, desserts and candy can cause dumping as well as dairy products. Try multiple smaller meals and limit your fluid intake to small sips with it. Too much fluid tends to push the food through your system too quickly. You should wait to have your liquids 45 minutes to an hour before or after meals. I started to feel better by about 6-months. I was at my "new" normal around 1 year.
