Hi All,
I am having Surgery on 24th, Toupet 270 at MRI under a surgeon I trust, Mr Alan li in Manchester.
Suffered with GERD for a long time, so can not wait.
Any advice is welcome.

do not lift anything heavy for atleast 4-5 months...I do not care what your doctor says. also do not bend over quick, take it slow for the first 6 months.
