I was doing vigorous exercise for 30 mins and then I started feel nausea, unable to breath and painfully gassy, after that I went to the hospital since it was getting really bad and they told me everything was alright. Has anyone else had a problem with this? I feel like I can't do anything with GERD it's frustrating I take 20mg prilosec everyday and zantac at times.

Agree, happens to me too....I've taken 20mg periat in the morning before i go to exercise and it helps but I got it really bad once and its frightened me to go back.
I went 3-4 per week with a proper plan but it's all in 'flux' now.

Yeah man it makes me fear doing exercise, I guess I have to slow down and do exercise at least 3 times a week, at times like these I'm considering surgery
