Symptoms after 20years of Lansoprazole

Hi everyone
I originally suffered from not being able to swallow my food. The food would stick in my chest and felt like it was being forced against a blockage. I would have to throw up to remove the food, then wait a few hours and try again. The doctor prescribed prevacid and this worked very well and still does. However, in the past 2 years I've e experienced symptoms that I thought were related to my colitis, but I suspect are from the prevacid. Swollen and stiff right ankle,
Frequent urination at night  and thirst that requires me to drink 6 glasses of water at night, fatigue, memory problems, Confusion.
I also ecperience severe pain under right rib going toward my back and standing all day makes it worse.
My biscep muscle are shrinking and are painfull like I've been lifting weights. I also have, at times, very bad breath that i'm unaware of unless someone tells me about it.
Muscles tearing easily.

I'm wondering if anyone else taking lansoprazole has experienced any of these symptoms.
Is there a cure for this swallowing problem?

Also taking sulfasalazine for Colitis.
