Post nissen: pain/discomfort when changing positions, rolling over

Hello. I'm 3.5 weeks post nissen for hiatel hernia and reflux. I'm feeling pretty good. I have the normal pain when overeating, eating the wrong thing or not chewing well. However, I do have a symptom that I couldn't find in the forum. When I go from laying down to standing up or rolling over in bed I have pain in my esophagus/ stomach very similar to what it felt like when my reflux was acting up. It doesn't last long, but it's so familiar I'm worried maybe things didn't completely get fixed with surgery.
Anyone else have this happen after surgery?
