Acid reflux hell

Hello everybody, this is my first post. On New Year’s Day I had horrible indigestion/heartburn, I regularly take small dose nexium. Anyway long story short since New Year’s Day I’ve been having terrible burning so much so I was sent from work to A and E. All heart tests are fine and wondering if anyone has had constant burning in the chest for 5 days? I’m quite anxious that it isn’t something sinister? Any opinions would help

Have you tried taking an antacid? My uneducated guess would be that if it gets better from that, it may be heartburn and you have a reflux situation. If it doesn't get better (even temporarily), then maybe you're dealing with something other than acid reflux. Just a thought. Sure hope you feel better.

Booked first endoscopy for 25/1/18, I get heartburn an hour after anything I eat which is really strange
