I have a few suggestions, don't Google your symptoms - there is a lot of misinformation out there and it will cause your anxiety to skyrocket. You can start by trying to adhere to a GERD-friendly diet that will help with some of your symptoms and cut out the caffeine, completely. You should make an appointment with a gastro doctor, he'll probably want to repeat the endoscopy since it's been 2 years. If one PPI doesn't work, there are a lot more that you can try. You should never just stop taking a PPI, you should ask your doctor how to wean off of them. Losing weight will help not only with the stomach issues, but also the herniated disc. Hearing popping and cracking while stretching is actually normal, your physical therapist can help with exercises.
