throat noises

Does anyone get this when they swallow or drink something I get this crackling noise in the back of my throat. that just started about 2 weeks ago but my others symptoms are gone or subsiding since I have been on nexium. could this a side effects of nexium. I f anyone has this or had and knows what it is could you let me know..

Hey, SW. Crackling or cracking? Sometimes when I swallow I hear a weird "crack," sort of like a bone moving positions. I have severe GERD, so I reflux up high, at least to below the larynx. How about you?

I have not heard of this or something similar being a side effect of Nexium.
