Hello all, I feel obliged to write here, as one week ago I went to an ent about
the ever so resistant lump in my throat. Tricky part was I was just getting over a cold and smoke profusely at least 1 ppd. Ent saw red and inflammation diagnosed me with Lpr. While I am going to see a gastro to get some test done to verify I would like to share what has helped me tremendously. Sadly you read some scary things about
this, some that brought me to tears, anyway 1 week after diagnosis I feel almost 85-90% BETTER I am 28 weight approx 136-140 but I would like to share what has helped me. So I have been doing prilosec otc, 2/day 1 in the morning before I eat 1 at night
Also been doing 2 dgl tablets 20 min before a meal, and 3 probiotics a day manuka honey straight (400 mgo) a day, and I drizzle a little in chamomile tea that have helped the recent anxiety. I went cold turkey on on coffee and soda, my typical meal has been consisting of cantaloupe and or watermelon and naked chicken sometimes some raw broccoli. I am still experiencing a slightly soar throat and what feels like mucus but I have not quit smoking entirely I am down to approx 4-7 a day. I did purchase the fast tract diet app, it does help track what you eat, and have been basing what I eat off this diet, please do not think I am advocating or rejecting the theories the diet is based on I just know the qol, issues this diseases has and want people to know you can get better... remember going to the moon was though impossible until Niel Armstrong did it, if it can be done by one it can be done by all.
just wanted to share some optomisim here please reach out to me if you have any questions or just want to talk I get this can be scary.
