Gastropexy

I had fundoplication and hernia repair jan 2016. This march 2018 severe lpr returned with new symptom of shortness of breath. I returned to my surgeon he said wrap may have stretched. I returned to the OR 6/27/2018. He said wrap was so tight he couldnt get a 16ng tube down my throat. Not that I know what that means. Anyway he said my stomach had slipped up and dilated my esophagus so he did a pexy. I am now 3 weeks post op still uncomfortable on the site of surgery and I still have pressure and shortness of breath. Has anyone had this done ? Is it normal to still have reflux after 3 weeks. I was hoping for immediate results.
