Hey I'll try and keep it short.
Previous H pylori, eradicated, still have some gastritis and esophagitis after 6 months (also been retested three times). I'm taking Nexium twice a day and struggling with meals that don't make me feel full, this symptom is my chief complaint. Had a gastric emptying study that was a little bit slow but nothing serious. Most of the 'safe' foods literally make me feel like I'm going to burst. Potatoes are the absolute worst, question I have is I've been trying Heinz mac and cheese a couple of times a day for the last week. It is one of the more gentle things I've felt on my stomach (contains 5.7g of fat), however I'm worried about having it in the long term due to it being dairy/containing some mustard. Will the mustard being low in the ingredients and mixed in neutrilise its acidity? If I don't feel as heavy eating it does that mean its ok? If you could suggest any foods that agree with you most also that would be GREATLY appreciated, thanks.
