What are you eating? It's possible that you are advacing your diet a little too quickly. I would feel pressure around the wrap site when I didn't remember to still chew until an almost liquid. My suggestion would be to go back to a soft/mushy diet for a week or so, and see if that helps your symptoms. As far as the nausea - it's still something that I ocassionally get, five years after my surgery. I keep Zofran on me, and when it get a bout of nauseau, it usually comes in waves and for no reason - just a side effect from the surgery, itself. It's very unlikely that your wrap has been compromised, as you can expect little setbacks along your recovery. The stomach rumbling is common, and it's still probably caused by trapped gas. I can no longer belch the same way as before my surgery, and that's where the gas gets trapped. I also can no longer vomit. These are things that your surgeon should have discussed with you, prior to surgery.
