endoscopy after effects

Hi,
I had an endoscopy on Monday and haven't had a bowel movement since. This was not on the list of possible effects the doctor gave me. I'm a little concerned as I've always been regular. Has anyone else experienced this?

Another weird thing is that despite not going for so long, I do not feel uncomfortable or 'different'. Have tried Metamucil but nothing has worked. Help???
