I've been a long time sufferer of GERD/ Acid Reflux, and have been taking PPi's (Aciphex) for about
6 months. I am quitting cold turkey and hope to have success with natural remedies.
I found these links that may or may not be helpful.
http://www.mothernature.com/Library/Bookshelf/Books/47/73.cfm
http://www.operastars.com/features.htm

Scroll down to WYJOZ post for the last link.
PPi's, I beleive, have only exacerbated my problems. I think there may be a period of withdrawl from them.
regards,
